What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name and email address.
• Order details: your phone number (if you enter it at checkout), the products and plans you buy, amounts, order numbers, payment references and delivery status.
• Messages you send us through support or the contact form.

Payments

• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive the confirmation and the transaction ID only.
• We never see or store your card number, mobile wallet PIN or bank credentials.

What we deliver and store for you

• Account products: the login details of the subscription we bought for you, so you can sign in to the tool yourself.
• Code products: the redemption codes assigned to your order.
• Session products: the tool's session data, kept encrypted on our servers. It is handed only to your own browser while your subscription is active, and it is removed automatically when the subscription ends.

The Ai Tool Access BD browser extension

• The extension signs you in to the AI tool you subscribed to. It places that tool's session in your browser and opens the tool.
• It stores your access key and connection state locally in your browser, and sends that key to our server only to check that your subscription is still active and to receive your session.
• It does not read your browsing history, your bookmarks, your passwords or your data on other websites, it does not track you, and it does not collect analytics.
• Access is withdrawn automatically on the date your subscription expires, and uninstalling the extension removes its local data.

How we use your data

• To deliver your orders, activate access, provide support, keep accounting records and prevent fraud or misuse.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share with

• Our payment provider, so your payment can be confirmed.
• Our hosting and delivery providers, only so the service can run.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Cookies on this website

• We use one session cookie to keep you signed in to this site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

• Order records are kept while required for accounting. Everything else is kept only as long as needed to serve you.
• Ask us to delete your account and data at any time and we will do it, apart from records we must keep by law.
