1. About these terms

• These terms apply to every purchase you make on our store and to the access we deliver to you.
• By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Products and pricing

• We sell subscriptions and licences for third-party AI tools. We are not the owner of those tools and we are not affiliated with them.
• Prices, plans and available durations are shown on each product page and can change at any time. The price you see when you place an order is the price that applies.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order is created as pending and access opens only after we confirm your payment.
• Mobile banking payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) must be sent to the number shown at checkout. Keep your TrxID and the number you paid from, and send them to our support so we can verify the payment.
• Online gateway payments are confirmed automatically and the gateway reference is stored with your order.
• Please do not share the payment details of another person. We may ask for proof before activating an order.

4. Delivery

• Instant code products: your code is shown in your dashboard as soon as the payment is verified.
• Account products: we send the login details of a subscription bought for you, so you can sign in to the tool yourself.
• Session products: access is delivered through our browser extension, which signs you in to the tool without a password. It stays active until your subscription expires.
• Most orders are delivered within minutes. If we need more time we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email.

5. Validity and device limits

• Each subscription runs for the duration shown on your plan, counted from the delivery date.
• Plans are limited to the number of devices shown on the product. Where a plan allows one device, signing in from a new device ends the session on the previous one.
• Do not share your login details, codes or session access with anyone else. Shared access is traced and can be closed without a refund.
• When a subscription expires, access is withdrawn automatically and the delivered session is removed.

6. Renewals

• You can renew at any time from the product page. A renewal extends access from the current expiry date.
• We will message you before a subscription ends so you can decide whether to continue.

7. Refunds and cancellations

• Because digital subscriptions are delivered immediately, a delivered order cannot be refunded for a change of mind.
• If a delivery does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, we refund the full amount of that order.
• Pending orders that are not paid can be cancelled or removed from your orders page.
• Refunds are returned through the same method you paid with.

8. Acceptable use

• Use the subscription only for your own personal or business work.
• Do not resell, sub-licence, clone or mass-distribute any account, code or session we deliver.
• Do not use the tools for illegal, harmful or abusive activity, or in a way that breaches the tool provider's own rules. Such use is your own responsibility.

9. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or close access without a refund if these terms are broken, if payment is reversed or made fraudulently, or if a tool provider blocks the account.
• You may ask us to close your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms when our service or the tools we sell change. The version published on this page applies from the moment you place a new order.
